  • Verification: We confirm availability and pricing with our partners.
  • Proposal: We send you a finalized itinerary and payment link.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is only locked in and confirmed once full payment is received via our platform.

4. Payments and Pricing

Prices are subject to change based on availability and supplier rates until the moment of payment. All payments made through the site are secure. Failure to pay within the stipulated time frame in your proposal may result in the loss of your provisional booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the specific terms of the third-party providers (hotels/operators) included in your package. Kubs Smart Travel may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing cancellations. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to these third-party policies.
